in the Bid4Assets Charitable Giving Program. Our company
resolved to begin 2003 by giving back to our valued customers
and the community at large through a charitable giving program.
Bid4Assets provides support to many different types of
non-profit organizations1
participating in our program including: Educational, Animal
and Environmental, Sports and Recreation Clubs, Community
Service Clubs, and Media Communications Organizations.
Our support is determined by the auction participants themselves.2
Whether someone is selling or buying items through our
online auctions, Bid4Assets, Inc. contributes a percentage
of the gross auction proceeds to a non-profit organization of the seller
or buyer's choice. Furthermore, our sellers may choose
to participate in the Charitable Giving Program by donating
a portion or all of their auctions' proceeds to a participating
501(c)(3) organization.
1. Only non-profit organizations
designated as tax-exempt by the Internal Revenue Service
under Section 501(c)(3) are eligible to participate in The
Bid4Assets Charitable Giving Program.
2. Bid4Assets, Inc. is not a professional
solicitor for the non-profit organizations participating
in The Bid4Assets Charitable Giving Program. Bid4Assets
does not solicit funds on behalf of non-profit organizations.
Rather, Bid4Assets is an online auction service provider
that IRS-designated 501(c)(3) organizations may offer to
their members as an additional venue for fundraising activities.
