Deposit Requirements

A single $5000 deposit (plus a $15 processing fee) is required to participate in the Riverside County Tax Sale. Your deposit must be received by Bid4Assets NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM ET (1:00 PM PT) Tuesday, November 24th. Please make your deposit well in advance of the auction in order to ensure your eligibility to bid.

Delinquent property taxes will be paid from the proceeds of the sale, as they are included in the minimum bid. The current 2009/2010 taxes which are due December 10, 2009 and April 10, 2010 are not included in the minimum bid.
