Pros- Two story house that is only 25 years old. Vinyl sided, double pane windows, 200 amp power. Everything you would expect on a newer house. This one is built with 2X6 studs. This is a great feature that is very rare in WV. I have owned hundreds of houses and this is the only 2X6 house I have owned. Has active electric service. Wires are not cut out. Has a furnace. Has a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs bathroom is really big. Off street parking. Not in a bad neighborhood. This is away from all the chaos in most of the city.

Cons- Needs a roof and the interior refinished. Unfortunately, the house was being rented to people who watched too much HGTV and got bad ideas. Comes with a free truck that no one will come and get.
