Pros- 

This is a decent brick house. Has active 200 amp electric service. House is in decent repairable shape. House can be used as an Airbnb to rent out to ATV riders.This house has had a lot of work done to it. Will be sold furnished. No other houses on this street are occupied. It is a quiet town. This town now has potable water, cell phone service, and internet. The previous owner told me she spent $100K on repairs for this house. The house is very sturdy and the bricks and pointing are in very good condition. Has central air conditioning. Includes three parcels, one of which has a nice metal shed on it.

Within the last ten years:

Roof, addition on the front of the house, rewired, double pane windows.
