2) Subsequent payment is $250 per month for 20 months, starting January 19th, 2024, until balance $5000 is paid off. Winning bid amount will be adjusted on your last payment. No hidden cost. You can always pay off early and get the deed recorded. No early payoff penalty. No Refund.
