  • La Hacienda is a subdivision in north central Hudspeth County that borders Farm to Market (FM) 2317. Access from the highway is direct to the subdivision.
  • The area is mostly flat with some scrub brush.  Almost all lots are flat enough to allow rapid buildout.
  • Since there are no building requirements for this area, the land can be used for almost anything you desire, including mobile homes, RV, or even primitive camping.
  • The lots lie approximately 35 miles from Dell City and 42 miles from Sierra Blanca.  It is also 71 miles east of El Paso.  US Highway 62 / 180 lies just to the north of the property, which goes to El Paso.
  • To the west along US Highway 62/180, lies the Guadalupe Mountains National Park (51 miles) and further west for another 36 miles lies Carlsbad Caverns National Park.  The Guadalupe Mountains can be seen to the west from the property.

3. Deed Recording

You do not need to record the deed yourself. A Special Warranty Deed will be recorded by US Prime Land with the recorder’s office once full payment is received.

Deed Recording Time: Recording time varies by county. Most counties record the deed within 2 to 3 weeks after receiving it.

5. Disclaimer

6. Non-Payment

Consequences: If the buyer fails to pay within term specified above without written consent from US Prime Land Inc., the unpaid amount may be turned over to a collection agency or pursued through legal channels. 

Additional Costs: The buyer will be responsible for all collection fees and any legal costs incurred by US Prime Land Inc.

Non-Performing Bidders: Non-performing bidders will be reported to Bid4Assets if they do not comply within the terms specified above. If seller can not verify winning bidder via phone within 24 hours, winning bidder's account will be reported to bid4assets as a non-performing bidder.
