- The subject property is a detached Single Family Residence that consists of three (3) bedrooms, one (1) bathroom, one (1) car garage and a porch. The property is in need of a roof replacement and trim, exterior painting and gutter work. The interior needs updating and redecorating. There is a tenant occupying the property for a monthly rent fee of $400.00. There are 1,602 square feet of gross living area.
Disclosure:The subject property was built prior to 1960. The Seller has no knowledge of lead-based paint hazards in the housing, nor does it have any records or reports pertaining to lead based paint. The Seller will give the buyer the opportunity to conduct a risk assessment or inspection of the property for the presence of lead based paint hazards.
