 Association Dues: Buyer is responsible for pro-rated annual dues of $468. The Seller will pay any transfer fee to transfer the association membership for the property from the Sellers name into the Buyers name. Pocono Springs may also charge a one-time only Capital Improvement Fee of $200 the Buyer, unless the Buyer elects to re-sell the parcel within 18 months.
