Recording costs and applicable taxes and/or fees

Resort notification and transfer. (Resort transfer fees not included. See above.)

Disbursement of funds to resort for maintenance and transfer fees when applicable.

All mailing, facsimile and courier costs associated with transaction including delivery receipt.

Processing, recording and resort notification usually takes 6-12 weeks, however some counties and resort management companies are slower than others. We will gladly provide you will a copy of the executed deed/membership transfer and mailing receipt upon request.

Terms of Auction
