Green Hardi-plank and wood shingled home. Large tree in front yard. Roof appears to be in fair condition. Open soffit with wood fascia. Wood frame windows, most of the glass is broken. Foundation is block with crawl space. Porches - covered front good condition, small wood side porch, fair condition. Chain link fence - 3 sides. Dirt driveway and parking.

Interior:
Debris inside. Living room in fair condtion - has fireplace that needs to be cleaned. Kitchen does not have cabinets, counter tops, or sink. Walls in all of house are in fair condition, a few holes, plaster, bathroom and kitchen are the worst where fixtures and cabinets were removed.
