This being the same property conveyed unto the United States of America by Final Order of Forfeiture as to Mayo Leonard Pickens, dated May 29, 2007, recorded January 16, 2009, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Anderson County, South Carolina, in Book 08995 at Page 00209.
