Being improved property known as 2087 Potash Road, Cedartown, according to the present system of numbering houses in Polk County, Georgia.

Utilities on site include electricity, and water which is by well.
The site consists of 5.48 +/- gently rolling acres that is located on a county maintained road that has not yet been paved. It appears that a home was located on the subject at one time but apparently burned. There is a swimming pool located on the subject site but the pool is boarded up. Drainage for the property appears adequate and the shape of the property is rectangular.
