Exterior: Large house with Brick and panel siding. Home has blue tarps on the roof and there is leaking and damage to the outside and inside structure. There is no backyard for 208 and the front yard leads to the sidewalk on the street. Some paneling is rotting and is in need of repair. There is a small cement slab patio that is sound; there are three entrances, two in the front and a rear. This house is a duplex and sits on a corner lot.
Interior: The first room is the kitchen area, the floor has water damage, no appliances are on site except for some cabinets that were on the floor. There is a washroom behind the kitchen, no appliances were found here either. To the right of the home is a large living room area with hard wood floors.. The flooring has also suffered from water damage. Next to this room is a small dining area, with stairs to the 2nd story. The upstairs has both a small and large bedroom. The small bedroom is hardwood and painted pink, green and blue. The master bedroom is very large and has hard wood floors as well. The only bathroom is upstairs, only a sink was found.
