The exterior of this property is in very good condition. It has blue vinyl siding with white trim. The house has asphalt shingled roof that's in fairly good condition. The front porch has a fiberglass roof that has a section missing. The wood front porch is in fairly good condition. The porch as a ramp for will chair access. The ramp looks fairly new and in good condition. This house also has a semi-enclosed back porch. The Windows of this house are vinyl framed and in very good working condition. There is a wood fence along the side of the house and a chain-link around the back. Both are in good condition. This house also has a gravel driveway behind the house. There is no front yard. However land around sides of the house and in The back yard makeup for no front yard.

Down –
The living room is 13 x 11 it has a vinyl tiled floor is in good condition wood paneled walls and a ceiling fan. The dining room is 11 x 11 and also has wood paneled walls a vinyl tiled floor and a ceiling fan. The floor tile is in poor condition and needs to be replaced. The kitchen has a vinyl tiled floor that's in fair condition. There are a few tiles that needs to be replaced. The base cabinet, countertop and sink are in good working condition along with the upper cabinets. The first floor bathroom is 8 x 10 and has a vinyl tiled floor. The bathtub, toilet, sink and vanity are in good condition however some of the tile on the floor needs to be replaced. The plumbing is in good condition. The bedroom is 8 x 10. It has a wood floor that's a little warped in places and wood paneled walls. One of the walls is missing a piece of wood paneling. This room has a wood ceiling fan to match the wood panels.
Up –
The upstairs living room is 13 x 11 and has a hardwood floor that's been stained dark brown and white. The ceiling is textured and painted white. The walls have been painted a mint green. The living room floor does seem to have a slight slope to it. The kitchen is 13 x 11 it has a hardwood floor that needs to be finish. This room seems to have undergone renovations. However, the renovations have not been completed. There are some sections with exposed studs that need to still be drywall. This is the same for the ceiling. This kitchen needs the base cabinet and sink. The upper cabinets are wood and in fairly good condition. The bathroom for this floor is 8 x 7 and in fair condition it has a vinyl tiled flooring along with paneled walls the vanity needs to be replaced. However, the sink toilet and bathtub are in great condition. The bedroom on this floor is approximately 8 x 10. There is some damage to the selling from drywall been removed. There no size of there ever been any water damage to this bedroom.
