EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

Exterior:

The entire house is white paneling with gray accents. The exterior is in very good shape, there is some leaking in the back area of the house and is seen in the back bedroom. The backyard is small and leads to a back alley. The front yard is on a hill like most of the homes in this area so the yard is sloped and not very big, both front and back are clean. There is a small front porch/patio area and this is in good condition.

Interior:

This is a great house with lots of space, the front room is the living area with blue carpet and whit walls.. There is a non working fireplace in this room. The next room is the formal dinning room, it has blue carpet and blue walls. The Kitchen is behind this room and also leads into the basement. The kitchen include sink and cabinetry. The basement does contain AC/Unit and Hot Water Heater. There are two bedrooms separated by a bathroom which includes tub, toilet and sink. The front bedroom is large and carpeted and well lit. The back bed is the same size as the front and is also carpeted, there is some ceiling damage from a water leak. There is also some water damage on the floor/carpet.
