Light green vinyl siding home with white trim. The siding is in good condition. Soffits and eaves are in good condition. The roof needs rehab.
This home sits on a nice large corner lot and there are plenty of bushes and trees. There doesn't appear to be a driveway or garage associated with this home. Windows are wood framed with aluminum storm.

INTERIOR:
Living room has wood panel walls. There is a window AC unit located here.
The window looking on to the front yard is nice and large. The dining room has a very nice bench seat in front of a large window that looks on to the side yard. Bedroom #1 has a shower located inside the room and a 1/2 bath adjacent to it. The kitchen has a nice tile counter top and the cabinets and sink are intact. The pantry / utility room has a washer / dryer hook up in it. The bathroom upstairs has pink tile and the bath, sink, and toilet are all intact.
