Exterior: White vinyl siding home. Roof is wavy but it is in good condition. Not really worn at all. The soffits need just a small bit of work as some of the slats need to be replaced (vinyl siding). However, the eaves and the gutters look good (some gutters are a little bent but this is an easy fix). Front yard is a bit small but the backyard more than makes up for it. There are plenty of trees and nice bushes. The windows here are vinyl replacement. All parking is street but there is plenty of space. Interior: Property was in the stages of being rehabbed. The subfloor is exposed (OSB Board), however, the previous owner did a clean job and the next owner / investor can pick up right where they left off. The upstairs floor plan is very spacious and open with very nice high ceilings. There is a small reception area with three stairs that lead down into the living room. The living area has two double doors that lead to a back deck (which needs work). The kitchen is on the opposite side of the home and is ready for a full rehab. There is a gas burning fireplace here. |
