Here is what our Assessor had to say:

 

Exterior: This is a cozy little single story home. There are two large
bushes in the front and in the back there are some flowers around the patio.
The roof is a black three tab shingle and looks to be only a few years old.
The house is wrapped with white aluminum siding and has adobe trim. The soffits are aluminum and in good condition. The windows are original wood frame and some will need to be replaced. There is a porch across the front and a large deck in the back.

Interior: In the living there is a large window overlooking the front
yard. The kitchen is very large but the sink and counters have been removed along with the cabinets. The dining room has high a ceiling and two huge windows. The master bed room has a smaller room next to it that could easily be converted in to another room or nursery. Bed room 1 is light blue with light blue trim and has linoleum tile floors. In the bath room the sink and toilet have been removed and will need to be replaced.

Mechanical: The water heater has been disconnected and will need some
work. The furnace is intact but has some rust and may not work. Most of the ductwork is in place but there are some pieces are missing. Some of the copper pipes have been removed and will need to be replaced. The electrical looks good and should all be in working condition.
