Exterior:
Single story cream colored home with fair curb appeal, the home sits on a hill. The siding is aluminum and in great shape. Foundation is concrete slab with stucco covering; foundation is in good shape and has no signs of shifting. Roof is an asphalt tab shingle and has no leaks. House has a slopped front yard and a larger back yard with a concrete slab that may act as a patio.


Interior:
Home has a nice sized living room that shares a dining area. Rooms both have linoleum flooring and are in good condition. The kitchen has countertops, cabinets and a sink. The kitchen has linoleum flooring that may nee replacement. The bedrooms are the same size and separated by a common bathroom. The bedrooms are bath carpeted and have a small closet. The bathroom includes nice ceramic tile flooring and a tub toilet and sink are included. There is a partially finished basement but the carpet is in poor condition. The basement has a fireplace that is working. A large furnace and hot water heater was found in the basement. Home appears to be centrally cooled, a unit condenser was found in the back of the home, uncertain of condition.
