The roof is 3-tab asphalt shingle and no signs of leaks were found inside the home. The foundation is concrete and no shifting is present. There is a covered porch to the left of the home; this is concrete as well and in fair condition. There is a small driveway as well as a small, single car garage/work shed in the back of the home, this is in decent shape and has an asphalt shingle roof with no damage present.
Interior:
Home has no carpet and is mostly hardwood and ply wood for its flooring. The living area is spacious and has a ceiling fan. The kitchen is large and includes countertops; a double sink and cabinets, there are also two ceiling fans in this room. The bedrooms are large and have hardwood flooring. The first bedroom is painted pink and purple and has a small closet. The second bedroom includes a large walk in closet and two large windows. The third has white and purple walls and ceiling fan and hardwood flooring. All rooms are in fair condition and some repair will be needed in a few places.
