Single story home on a nice sized, house has cream-colored siding that is in excellent shape. The roof is asphalt shingle and has no leaks on the inside of the home. Foundation is concrete and in great condition, no gaps or shifting present. Home has a chain link fence around the entire property. There is a small covered porch on the left side of the home, porch has concrete foundation and is also in great condition. House does have a one-car garage in the back of the home that looks to be in decent shape.


Interior:
Living room is very nice and has tan carpet and cream-colored walls and white ceilings and white baseboards. The kitchen has concrete floors and includes cabinets and double basin sink. The bathroom has nice tiled flooring and includes the toilet; tub and sink, all are intact. The master bedroom is very large and has its own fireplace and mantle. The carpet is tan; the room has nice closet space and is in excellent condition. The second bedroom has tan carpet, cream-colored walls and white baseboards. Home does include a Furnace and a Hot Water Heater.
