Two story home with baby blue aluminum siding that’s in excellent shape. This home looks great from the street, the yard is nice and large and well kept. The roof is in good condition and has no leaks; the foundation is concrete and very solid, no gaps or shifting. The home has a covered porch that is in great condition, there is also a work shed to the right of the home, this is in poor condition and will need paint and new roof shingles. The house in excellent condition overall and is move in ready.
Interior:
The living room is in great condition, with brown shag carpet, cream walls and white trim. The dining room has tan carpet with white walls and trim, room is excellent condition. The kitchen is in great shape, tiled floors, cabinets and a double sink. There are three bedrooms; the first or master bedroom has large windows, tan carpet and white walls and trim. The second bedroom has hardwood floors and blue walls with white and pink trim, room is tiny and in great condition. The third bedroom has gray carpet, walls are in the process of repainting, and there is also a nice sized closet in this room. The bathroom has vinyl tiled flooring and includes the sink tub and toilet, all in working order. No mechanics were found on site.
