Exterior:
Single story ranch style (Pier and Beam) home with large porch and separate garage. Home has blue/green wood siding; this is in fair condition and a concrete slab foundation. Foundation seems sound and no buckling was found. The roof is shingle based and appears to be in good shape, no major leaks found. The interior ceilings have some damage but it doesn’t seem it s from water. The house sits on a huge lot (4.5 Acres) and the yard looks great giving it nice curb appeal. The garage is in great shape and is large enough for several cars.


Interior:
The home has a huge sunroom or enclosed porch, this room has hardwood flooring and has some wall damage and will need repairs in several areas. The living room is large and has hardwood; walls will also need repair in this room. The den has concrete flooring as well as stove/heater, with brick underneath. The home has three bedrooms, the first or master, has hardwood floors and blue wallpaper and whit e walls. The second bedroom has flowered wallpaper and concrete flooring. The third room has concrete floors and wall papered walls. The kitchen includes linoleum floors, cabinets and a double sink. The bathroom includes a sink, tub and toilet. The home appears to have been cooled by window units, none were found. The home was heated with a gas heater seen in the picture. A Hot Water tank was found but it was in poor condition.
