Exterior:
Home has excellent curb appeal and was in a state of remodel recently. The lot is very large with nice grass and its been well kept. The siding is wood and there are few areas that will need repair. The home foundation is cinderblock and has no shifting. The roof was replaced last year so it’s new and no leaks are apparent, there is some water damage in the rear bedroom, due to window being broken out. There is a small gravel driveway that is included with this home.

Interior:
The living area is a large with vaulted ceilings and hard wood floors. The walls and ceilings are textured dry wall and in good shape. The dining room and kitchen a re one room and have ample room, sink, cabinets and vinyl flooring were found I the kitchen. The Master bedroom has textured walls and ceiling, hardwood floors and a ceiling fan and closet. The other four bedrooms all have hardwood flooring and ceiling fans and closets. The third room is missing the fan and the back bedroom has water damage due to the window not being in place. The flooring in the back bedrooom is also rotting in certain areas. The two bathrooms include all appliances and have vinyl floors. Sinks, tubs and toilets are all intact and look good. The house did have a new Hot Water Heater and a rusted out Furnace.
