Exterior: This is a duplex/town house; property has no true front yard, small backyard with an alley entrance. The siding is primarily wood and its in good shape. The roof is an asphalt shingle and it has apparent leaking inside the home. There is a front porch that is in great shape, as well as a balcony porch on the second floor that is also in excellent condition. The foundation is mixed brick and limestone. The foundation is sound and has no signs of cracks or shifting. Interior: The living room has nice hard wood flooring and plaster walls that are in good condition. The room ahs a drop ceiling and arched doorways, that looks great. The dining area has the same hard wood floors and a drop ceiling, walls are plaster. The kitchen has a laminated floor but does not include a sink and cabinets are incomplete. The bedrooms are on the second and third floor, each room contains a heater. The master bedroom has a back door that leads to the balcony. Master is carpeted with burgundy colored carpet and room walls are in good shape. The second bedroom has linoleum flooring, tall ceilings and a ceiling fan. Bedroom three includes a small closet and brown carpet and tall ceilings. The fourth bedroom is located on the third floor and has hard wood flooring; there is some wall damage that will need repair.
