White aluminum siding home on a brick foundation. Siding is in good condition. Trim on the home is a combination of red and green. Property is surrounded with a chainlink fence with the excepting of the back yard facing south which was a regular wire fence that is coming down. Otherwise the chainlink is in relatively good shape. Nice concrete walkway leads to a covered porch that will need some paint. Gutters are in place along with downspouts. Windows are wood framed with aluminum storm. Most of the windows are intact. Living room is painted white with brown trim. Carpet needs to be replaced. HVAC control is in this room. Nice crown molding and wood trim on the ceiling.
