Exterior: Homes has stucco exterior with a neutral white color. The trim and architectural details along the roof are painted pink. The paint on the trim and details is chipping and the wood has also begun to deteriorate in some spots. There are numerous places on the stucco; especially in the rear that is damaged and has uneven finishes. The house sits on a large lot with a nice sized rear yard; there are no covered parking spaces. There is a paved driveway next to property that leads all the way to the backyard. Subject front has appealing features with a front porch. The awning that covers that window is rusting. Front yard is small, but has potential to shine. The front covered porch is a good size and would accommodate a patio set. It appears there are roof problems. The seams along the edges are not properly joined and it looks like after or other damaging materials can leak through.
Interior: To the immediate left of the front entrance is a large bedroom this room has two windows. The shape of the bedroom is unique, not a typical square. The hardwood floors in the room are in fair condition, but do not match the rest of the hardwoods in the home. The walls in this room need to be repainted. There is a very attractive archway in the living room. The hardwoods in this room are in fair condition. Bedroom #2 has two large windows. The light fixture in this bedroom is missing. The hardwoods in this room are in good condition. This floor plan is separated, the rooms are defined and do not open into one another. The kitchen is in the rear of the home and appears to have some updating. The cabinets are newer oak. The flooring in the kitchen is low-grade carpet. This carpet is stained and is not in the best condition. The only appliance is an older stove and a sink the final bedroom has a full bathroom and utility room. Bedroom #3 is the smallest of the three rooms. There is carpet for flooring; there may be hardwoods underneath. The only bathroom for the house is in the rear, it has pink and black tile. All of the fixtures are includes a tub, sink and toilet. The utility room was an addition to the original building. It is already set-up for a washer and dryer. Mechanics: The property was built in 1900; the furnace and hot water heater were not accessible. There must be a crawl space where the mechanics are located. There are floor vents in all rooms. |
