Single story with decent curb appeal, nice front yard. The home has white wood siding and green shudders, the siding is in fair condition and some boards are rotting. The roof is 3-tab asphalt shingle and does have damage, as leaks are apparent inside the home. The home has a mix of brick and block; there is an a little shifting present. There is a covered porch made of wood that looks great but will need some repair.

Interior:
The living room is large with 12ft vaulted ceilings, room is carpeted and in fair condition. There is a nice boarded fireplace that looks great and could work with some repair. The kitchen is larger than the living area, with tall ceilings. The kitchen does have some ceiling damage present. This room includes cabinets, countertops and a sink. The common bath includes a sink and tub, no toilet. The master bedroom includes a fireplace but it’s currently boarded. The second bedroom is smaller and has a nice sized closet. The third bedroom has wood flooring and a small closet. Home may have had central air at one time but condenser has been stolen. There is a small basement that includes a furnace.
