Exterior:
Single story cabin style home with gray vinyl siding in fair condition. The home sits on a large slope, the driveway is rock and very steep. There is no true front or back yard; the home is built around the existing trees and foliage. There is a covered front patio/porch in fair condition. The roof ahs asphalt shingle and it appears to have some minor leaks on the inside of the home. The foundation is solid and there are no signs of shifting in this home. There is a full garage in the back that at one time was in the process of having an apartment on the top floor. The garage is wood and the upstairs is unfinished. Interior: Please note this home has some damage to the interior, large amounts of garbage was found and removed form the house. There are some minor leaks in the home and all of the appliances are in poor shape or removed. The home has a carpeted living area that is large, carpet will need to be replaced, walls are green with white trim, room is in fair condition. The kitchen is in poor condition and includes only cabinets, no sink. There are four bedrooms, the first has hardwood floors and blue walls, room is in fair condition, the second room has some water leaks present and carpet in poor condition and a small window. The third bedroom has torn carpet and blue walls, the final bedroom has blue walls, and carpet is in poor shape and closet space. The bathroom has wood flooring and includes a toilet, tub and sink, all in working order. There was a Hot Water Heater found in poor condition. No other mechanics were found. Mechanics: Hot Water Tank needs repair. |
