White with white trim; 2 stories on heavily wooded lot Roof needs replaced some water damage inside home. Heavy growth around home and on lot needs cleared however looks like a large lot. Wood slat board over wood frame construction appears to need extensive repair and paint. Structurally looks repairable and could be turned into nice lot home or church rebuild as foundation and flooring is generally stable although has hole in entrance way. Has landing on one entrance needs repair and needs entrance stairs added to other side. Has curved small drive partial paved in back which might be larger if dirt cleared off.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Two large levels those generally large lofts with wooden staircase that is solid and extra wide. Has solid walls and flooring made out of thick wood. Flooring in 2nd level is solid and has lots of room to sub-divide into floor plan. This property has a lot of potential with a handy man investor as the basics are set up to finish inside and outside allowing a large home with custom designed floor plan after completing project. Best of all is the potential property size which appears large although not confirmed by this assessor in the field inspection.

MECHANICALS:
