Exterior: Light beige yellow right side unit of duplex with white trim accented handicap access in front. This property includes large thick fully grassed yard on side of home that is almost an additional full lot is size. Roof is split level with tree sections which are front, top and rear with top covering end story bedrooms having older shingle style than front and rear 1st story coverage however both looks to need repair and/or replacement although no signs of leakage or water damage noted inside home during inspection. Soffits and Eves are covered with aluminum trip tab and aluminum siding soffit coverings which appear in good repair and are intact. Gutters are on home but appear to need additional section added on rear top level to make complete. Exterior composition is aluminum siding over wood frame construction and looks to be in good with a good install however light pressure washing is needed. Windows are vinyl replacement windows with insulated double panes and are in good condition throughout home. Foundation is painted block with some very slight cracking in small section looks to have been repaired overall foundation including cement block supports in crawl look good and home has solid level flooring inside. There is adjoining property with 4ft galvanized fence providing barrier to home next door so with small addition this home could have yard fully fenced. No driveway is present although room and space for addition of gravel or concrete driveway is available in fact other unit has extended home and carport so permitting for this unit should be allowed also if desired.
