- Upon completion of the auction, within 1 business day, the seller will forward to the buyer an electronic copy of the deed proving ownership.
- Within 5 business days, the buyer will make payment in full to the seller. Along with the final selling price plus 10% buyer's premium will be a $295 document transfer fee (closing costs). Payment is made in US Dollars.
- Once the property is paid in full, we will prepare a Quit Claim Deed to officially transfer ownership of the property purchased to you. Attached is information you will need to provide to us for the recording of the deed.
