Winning bidder must contact the seller within 24 Hours after the close of the auction with proper vesting information. 20% of funds with a minimum of $1,000 to be transferred within 3 working days or sooner via wire transfer. You will also need to include the 10% buyer’s premium with initial deposit. A contract will then be sent out and you will have 10 days to make final payment. Buyer will also be responsible for a $200 deed prep and recording with final payment.
