Closing and transfer fees are $395 to be paid by purchaser. Please note that the transfer can take up to eight weeks, please be patient. Once payment has been received the closing and transfer will begin. I will finance purchase over a 90 day period with a 25% of winning bid + closing ($395) as adown payment, closing will begin once final payment has been recieved.
