This beautiful award winning resort (Silver Crown Resort with RCI and Premier Rated resort with Interval International), is one of the nicer and most popular resorts in the greater Orlando area.  It's located in a perfect area only one mile from Disney World, and it's also very close to International Drive.  This resort is located on a huge 135 acre property with every amenity imaginable!

This is a large two-bedroom, two bathroom unit in the Cascades section of the resort that will sleep eight people.  It's a floating week #1-52, which means you can reserve ANY one week of the year (based on resort availability when you reserve your week each year).

Your use will start in the year 2010 with this timeshare.  I have reserved an absolute prime Christmas/New Year's week for the dates of December 25-January 1 for the new owner!

You will have tons of flexibility with this timeshare because you can use your week at the resort each year, rent it, let a family member, friend, or business associate use it, or you can exchange it with either RCI or Interval International.

Resort amenities include: seven outdoor swimming pools, fully equipped fitness centers, four children's playgrounds, restaurant, cafe and bar on site, thirteen lighted tennis courts (9 clay and 4 deco-turf), poolside chair massage, resort photographer, Surrey bike rental, full activities program, basketball courts, volleyball courts, videotape rental library, sports and leisure equipment rental, three saunas and steam rooms, eight outdoor whirlpool spas, three game rooms, general store and gift shop, 18-hole miniature golf course, kiddie mall (all items under $5), onsite wedding planner and flourist, personal training services, full-service tennis pro shop, shuffleboard courts, bicycle rental, tanning and massage therapy, and business center.

Please note that the units in Cascades section of the resort have recently been extensively and beautifully remodeled!  The resort issued a $1,572 special assessment to all owners to pay for this remodel.  However, the previous owner of this timeshare already paid the special asessment in full.  You will NOT have to reimburse me for this special assessment, which will save the new owner $1,572 and you will be getting a newly remodeled unit!

This is a floating high-season week #1-52.  It will have excellent trading power with both RCI and Interval International due to the fact that this is an award winning resort in one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world.

Maintenance Fees
Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2010 came to a total of $830.  The winning bidder on this timeshare auction will start use in the year 2010 and will need to reimburse me for the pre-paid 2010 maintenance fees.  Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $830 for the pre-paid 2010 maintenance and tax fees, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum Bid4Assets buyer's premium), plus $395 for closing fees. You will then own this timeshare forever!  You will have first use of your week in the year 2010.

 
Closing Costs
Closing costs will total only $395 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, resort transfer fee, postage fees, and resort notification of transfer of ownership.
