| Maintenance Fees |

Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2011 will come to a total of approximately $630. Taxes are billed separately in the amount of approximately $38. The 2011 maintenance and tax fees will be paid directly to the resort by the winning bidder of this timeshare when billed by the resort later this year. Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus the Bid4Assets 10% buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum buyer's premium), plus $395 for closing fees. |
