Winner's Circle Beach and Tennis Resort
This award winning resort (Silver Crown rated resort with RCI), is loaded with amenities and it's located just one mile from the beach and is across the street from the world famous Del Mar Thoroghbred Club racetrack .  This is a fixed week #18, which is an end of April or beginning of May week each year.  This is a one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that will sleep four people. 

Resort amenities include:  24-hour front desk, bar/cocktail lounge, BBQ grills and picnic tables, beauty shop, children's pool, clubhouse with pool table and large screen television, equipped exercise room, four light tennis courts, free Wi-Fi internet service, game room with ping pong table, heated outdoor swimming pool, laundry facilities, two restaurants, video rentals wheelchair accessible, and whirlpool spa. 

Unit amenities include: air conditioning/heat, balcony or patio, jacuzzi tub (some units), kitchenette, telephone, and television with VCR and free HBO.

Amenities nearby include:  auto rental (one mile), beach (one mile), boating (ten miles), fishing (ten miles), golf (two miles), grocery store (one mile), lake (six miles), live entertainment (one mile), medical facilities (five miles), shopping (one mile), waterskiing (ten miles).

You will have first use of your week in April 2011, so you will have plenty of time to plan your Southern California beach vacation or your timeshare exchange.


 
Exchange Affiliation
This is a high-season fixed week #18.  It trades with RCI and Interval International and will have excellent trading power due to the fact that it's a an award winning resort that is located in a beautiful Southern California beach area. 

You will receive a deed for this timeshare and will own it forever.  This deeded asset can be passed on to your heirs.


 
Maintenance Fees

Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2011 will come to a total of approximately $630.  Taxes are billed separately in the amount of approximately $38.  The 2011 maintenance and tax fees will be paid directly to the resort by the winning bidder of this timeshare when billed by the resort later this year. 

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus the Bid4Assets 10% buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum buyer's premium), plus $395 for closing fees.


 
Closing Costs
Closing fees will total only $395 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, and resort notification of change of ownership.
