RESORT CONDO TIMESHARE INTEREST: Week 52 of a furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2-story condo that has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, loft, screened lanai and deck, and front deck. Unit amenities include washer and dryer, cable TV and wireless internet, and parking. The unit can accomodate 4-8 people. South Seas Island Resort includes heated swimming pools, beach access, golf, tennis, exercise facilities, picnic areas, equipment rentals, trolley, fishing and other water sports. The timeshare is for week 51 or 52 respectively, which usually falls in late December. It is a Friday to Friday/7-night stay. The 2011 maintenance fee is $1,272.53 (due in November) and the 2010 RP taxes are $271.89. The lifetime timeshare can be traded and deeded to his/her heirs. Timeshare owners may also join the Hilton Grand Vacations Club for an initial fee of $399 and $99 annually. NOTE: The Association has Right of First Refusal to purchase the unit at the sales price.
