Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2011 will come to a total of approximately $726.  This fee will be paid directly to the resort by the buyer of this timeshare when billed by the resort later this year. 

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $395 for closing fees, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum Bid4Assets buyer's premium).  You will have first use of your week in April 2011.

Closing costs will total $395 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, and resort notification of change of ownership.
