Thisis a floating week #1-50. That means you can reserve ANY week of the year (except Christmas and New Year's), based on resort availability when you reserveyour week each year.

Please note that Jockey Club allows you to split your week into 2-3 shorter stays or you can carry your week over until the following year.  Therefore, you will have a lot of options with this timeshare.

Resort amenities include: babysitting referral, board games, car rentals, complimentary DVD movies, complimentary internet access, complimentary local calls, elevator, exercise equipment, grocery/convenience store, handicapped accessible, hospitality suite, laundry facilites, library, outdoor pool, sauna, weekly social activities, and whirlpool/hot tub.

Unit amenities include: air conditioning, DVD player, hair dryer, kitchen (partial or full), stereo telephone, and television.

Amenities nearby include: All of the fabulous resorts, casinos, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment that the Las Vegas Strip is famous for.

You will have first use of your week in the year 2011, so start planning your Las Vegas vacation or your timeshare exchange!


 
Exchange Affiliation
This is a floating week #1-50.  It trades with RCI (Silver Crown Resort)and Interval International (Select Resort), and will have good trading power due to the fact that it's located at an award winning resort in an absolute prime area on the Las Vegas Strip.

You will receive a deed for this timeshare and will own it forever.  This deeded asset can be passed on to your heirs.


 
Maintenance Fees

Maintenance fees came to a total of only $456.00 for the year 2011.  I have already paid the year 2011 maintenance fees to the resort.  The winning bidder of timeshare auction will need to reimburse me for the pre-paid year 2011 maintenance fees at the close of this auction.

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $456.00 for the pre-paid 2011 maintenace fees, plus $395 for the closing fees, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a minimum $100 Bid4Assets buyer's premium).


 
Closing Costs
Closing costs will total only $395 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, notary fee, and resort notification of change of ownership.
