MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION |
Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2011 came to a total of $843. These fees have already been paid to the resort and will need to be reimbursed to me at the close of this auction.
Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $843 for the pre-paid 2011 maintenance and tax fees, plus the 10% buyer's premium (there is a $100 minimum Bid4Assets buyer's premium), plus $395 for the closing costs. You will have first use of your week in December 2011. |
CLOSING COSTS |
Closing fees will total only $395 and WILL INCLUDE: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, and resort notification of change of ownership. The closing will take approximately eight weeks. |
