We Take Care of the Entire Transaction Process: Once the full payment and deed information is received, we prepare the deed for recording. We email you the Deed for review. (Or: We email you the draft of the Deed for review). We notarize and send the Deed for recording after your confirmation. We complete the Property Transfer Affidavit and send it to the local assessor. We send the copies of the documents to the buyer for his/her records only. All closing fees and costs are the seller's responsibility. The buyer will receive the original recorded Deed from the Register of Deeds within 3 to 5 weeks. The buyer will be informed about each step of the transaction.
