Payment must be received within 5 days of the auction end date. If the lot is sold with "Buy it Now" option, we can break up the payment. A minimum payment of $500 should be made within 5 days. The full payment should be made within 14 days. The buyer must contact the seller and request to break up the payment within 24 hours.

After Auction Instructions

Once the full payment and deed information is received, we prepare the deed for recording. We email you the Deed for review. (Or: We email you the draft of the Deed for review). We notarize and send the Deed for recording after your confirmation. We complete the Property Transfer Affidavit and send it to the local assessor. We send the copies of the documents to the buyer for his/her records only. All closing fees and costs are the seller's responsibility. The buyer will receive the original recorded Deed from the Register of Deeds within 3 to 5 weeks. The buyer will be informed about each step of the transaction.
