Terms of Auction / Settlement Terms

This is a cash sale, you are bidding on the full purchase price. No seller financing is available on this property. Buyer must have cash or mortgage ready at auctions close. Winning bidder agrees to pay $500 non-refundable deposit via certified check or wire transfer within 48 hours of the auctions close, no exceptions. The remaining balance is due within 10 calendar days.

Closing costs are $495 and includes deed preparation, recording fees, and transfer taxes. Seller will deliver property via a grant deed, free and clear of any liens and/or back taxes.
