This small, cozy, and rustic resort has a prime location in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina.

This is a hotel unit that will sleep two people.  It's a fixed week #30, which is an absolute prime end of July SUMMER WEEK!

Resort amenities include: common fireplace, exercise room, game room, hot tub, indoor swimming pool, movie rentals, and sauna.

Unit amenities include: air conditioning, cable television, DVD player, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kitchenette, and telephone.

Amentieis nearby include:  bar/cocktail lounge, fishing, golf, grocery store, horseback riding, ice skating, playground, restaurants, and downhill/cross country skiing.

You will have first use of your week in July 2013, so you will have plenty of time to plan your North Carolina mountain vacation or your timeshare exchange!


 
EXCHANGE AFFILIATION
This is a fixed week #30 (end of July week).  It has pretty good trading power and trades with both RCI and Interval International.                                            

You will receive a deed for this timeshare and you will own it forever.  This deeded asset can be passed on to your heirs.


 
MAINTENANCE FEES

Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2013 will come to a total of approximately $389.  The winning bidder on this timeshare auction will pay the year 2013 maintenance and tax fees directly to the resort when billed by the resort at the end of this year.  You will have first use of this timeshare in the year 2013. 

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus 10% of your winning bid amount for the Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum Bid4Assets buyer's premium), plus $395 for closing fees.  You will have first use of your week in July 2013.


 
CLOSING COSTS

Closing costs will total only $395 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, resort transfer fee, postage fees, and resort notification of transfer of ownership.

The closing on this timeshare will take approximately 8-12 weeks.
