MAINTENANCE FEES AND OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION |
Maintenance and tax feeswill come to a total of approximately $926 for the year 2013. The winning bidder on this timeshare auction will pay the year 2013 maintenance and tax fees directly to Marriott when billed by Marriott later this year. You will have first use of your week in the year 2013. Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $395 closing fees, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a minimum $100 Bid4Assets buyer's premium). |

Closing costs will total only $395 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, notary fee, and resort notification of change of ownership. |
