Payment must be received within 5 days of the auction end date. If the lot is sold with "Buy it Now" option, we can break up the payment. A minimum payment of $500 should be made within 5 days. The full payment should be made within 14 days. The buyer must contact the seller and request to break up the payment within 24 hours.

We Take Care of the Entire Transaction Process: We will send you an email with payment instructions within 24 hours of the close of the auction. We are asking the buyer to respond with his/her payment method and deed information within 24 hours. To prepare the deed for recording we need the address, legal name(s), gender & marital status of the person(s) taking title, or the corporation's name & address.
