CORONADO BEACH RESORT
This award winning resort (Gold Crown rated resort with RCI), is located across from the historical and world famous Hotel del Coronado.  It's also located a very short walk from the Coronado Beach, which was voted the #1 beach in the Country last year by Dr. Beach. 

This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit that will sleep four people.  It's a fixed week #11, which is a middle of March spring week each year.

You will have tons of flexibility with this timeshare because you can use your week at the resort each year, rent it, let a family member, friend, or business associate use it, or you can exchange it with either RCI or Interval International.

Resort Amenities include:  BBQ area, fitness center, laundry facilities, on-site parking, and business center with copier.  You will also have use of the facilities at Loews Coronado Bay Resort, which has three pools, numerous activities, and you will receive a 30% discount on food and beverages at this resort.  Loews Coronado Bay Resort is located 4 1/2 miles away from Coronado Beach Resort.

Unit Amenities Include:  king or queen size bed, flat screen television, air conditioning/heating, alarm clock, all units non-smoking, hair dryer, ironing board with iron, queen size sofa sleeper, telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, fireplace (some units), ceiling fans, and kitchenette.

Amenities nearby include: tons of great entertainment, shopping and restaurants in both Coronado and San Diego.  Beautiful Coronado beach is located a VERY short walk from this resort.

You will have first use of your week in the year 2014 so start planning your Southern California beach vacation or your timeshare exchange.

You will receive a Grant Deed for the timeshare and will own it forever.  This deeded asset can be passed on to your heirs.


EXCHANGE AFFILIATION
This is a fixed week #11.  It exchanges with RCI and will have very good trading power due to the fact that it's an award winning resort that is located in an upscale and very in-demand vacation destination.

MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION- WHAT YOU'LL PAY IF YOU WIN

Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2014 are due July 1, 2013, August 31, 2013, November 30, 2013, and February 28, 2014 in the amount of $201.43 per payment for a total of $805.72 for the year 2014 maintenance fees.  This resort operates on a July to July fiscal year, so the year 2014 fiscal year started on July 1, 2013.  The July 1 and August 31 payments for the year 2014 maintenance fees have been paid and will need to be reimbursed to me at the close of this auction by the winning bidder in the amount of $402.86.  The property taxes are billed separately by San Diego County and will be paid by the winning bidder in November 2013.

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $402.86 for the first two pre-paid year 2014 maintenance fee payments, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum Bid4Assets buyer's premium), plus $595 for closing fees.  You will then own this timeshare forever! 


CLOSING COSTS

Closing costs will total only $595 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, resort transfer fee, postage fees, and resort notification of transfer of ownership.  This closing will take approximately ten weeks.
