Up for sale is a portfolio of 94 separate timeshares located in Big Bear Lake and Lake Arrowhead, CA.  These timeshares were purchased at the San Bernardino county tax auction this past year.  I have never purchased timeshares before - not even for my personal use, so I don't understand the rules or policies that well.  All I know is what I learned by researching these a bit further after purchase.  What I have found is that I cannot use these timeshares and don't want to spend the time and energy renting them or reselling them.  This is a great opportunity for someone who does.

Big Bear Lake and Lake Arrowhead are great destinations for vacations.  Both these areas offer fantastic activities throughout the year including lake activities as well as ski/snowboarding nearby.  These properties have round the year demand.  Here are the websites for each of the three different properties:

From what I understand, there are annual maintenance fees required for each timeshare unit as well as a transfer fee.  I don't know the details of what these fees are, so please research and find out since you will be responsible for these after the transfer.

The timeshares all vary but each one is an annual timeshare for one week out of the year.  They are for different rooms and for different times of the year.  All the details can be researched and found.  All I have are the assessor's parcel numbers for each so I will provide that here:
