This beautiful and award winning resort (Gold Crown Resort with RCI and Premier Rated Resort with Interval International), is located on the Las Vegas Strip just 1.5 miles from the main part of the Strip! This Tahitian themed resort is loaded with amenities including a lagoon-style pool with a sandy beach entry and separate 1/8 mile long lazy river area. I have personally stayed at this resort with my family and I can highly recommend it! This is a very large 971 square foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom Bora Bora unit that will sleep four people. This is a floating week #1-51 which means you can reserve any ONE week of the year each year except New Year's (based on resort availability when you reserve your week each year). However, you can even reserve a New Year's week if available for an extra charge of approximately $280 for the week. Resort amenities include: clubhouse with fitness center, grocery/convenience store, bar/cocktail lounge, sauna, lagoon-style swimming pool with sandy beach entry, lazy river, arcade/game room, Jacuzzi, spa, concierge, laundry facilities, wheelchair accessible, restaurant, and banquet facilities. Unit amenities include: air conditioning, kitchen with all appliances and utensils, flat screen television with cable and DVD player, washer/dryer, wireless internet access, and steam bath/shower. Amenities nearby include: All of the world class gambling, entertainment, restaurants, and shopping that Las Vegas is famous for. You will have first use of your week in the year 2014 so start planning your Las Vegas vacation or your timeshare exchange! Please note that this timeshare is on a February 1-January 31 use year. Therefore, you will have until January 31, 2015 to use your year 2014 week. Your year 2015 use year will go from February 1, 2015 to January 31, 2016. This is a deeded timeshare that can be passed on to your heirs. |
MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION |
This resort requires that you pay the maintenance and tax fees a year in advance. Therefore, the year 2014 & 2015 maintenance and tax fees were already paid when I purchased this timeshare. The pre-paid maintenance fees were $541 PER YEAR for a total of $1,082 for both the year 2014 & 2015 maintenance and tax fees. The winning bidder will need to reimburse me for these fees at the close of this auction. You will have first use of this timeshare in the year 2014.
Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $1,082 for the pre-paid year 2014 & 2015 maintenance and tax fees, plus 10% for the Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum buyer's premium), plus $695 for closing costs (this amount INCLUDES the $445 resort transfer fee). |
