This is a large 1,174 square foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit located in the Lake section of the resort that will sleep eight people. (not lock-off) Lake section is one of the best villas that has an elevator and the room layout is the nicest.

 

This is a floating week #1-52 which means you can reserve ANY week each year based on resort availability when you reserve your week. Yes, you can even reserve those prime holiday includes absolute prime Spring break, Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor day, Christmas and New Year's weeks! 


This contract also allows you to reserve a PRIME week at Sheraton PGA Vacation Resorts, Port St. Lucie, Florida or this Sheraton Vistana Resort- Lake section or Cascades section, Orlando, Florida each year. No exchange fees if you reserve one of these three locations.  

This contract does not participate 16 SVN resorts (fees may apply) from StarOptions due to resell. You will have to buy the timeshare from developer directly and pay over 20 grand in order to participate SVN. However both RCI and II will get you good trading power over 5000 resorts worldwide.

EXCHANGE AFFILIATION

 

This resort has good trading power with both RCI and Interval International. This is a floating week #1-52. It trades with both RCI and Interval International and will have excellent trading power due to the fact that it's an award winning resort (Gold Crown rated resort with RCI and Premier rated resort with Interval International). 

You will receive a deed for this timeshare and will own it forever. This deeded asset can be passed on to your heirs.  You will have first use of your week in the year 2015.

Your will have first use of your week in any week of 2015. The closing will take approximately 4-6 weeks. I can reserve your week in 2015 for you.

ABOUT THE SELLER

We owned this timeshare and our large family enjoyed it very much. We have too many weeks, so need to downsize.  Wish you are the lucky one to win this great vacation ownership.
