Chicot County is in the far southeastern corner of Arkansas, with common borders with Louisiana and Mississippi.  The Mississippi river more or less is the eastern boundary of the county.  The nearest large cities include Monroe, Louisiana to the southwest and Jackson, Mississippi to the southeast.  The County Seat is Lake Village, located in the center of the county.  The County is mostly flat, given that it is part of the Mississippi valley, and the primary industry is farming. 

However, outdoor sports, including fishing and boating on the lakes in the area and on the Mississippi River, play a major part in the County.  Landmarks around the county include Lake Chicot, North America's largest oxbow lake and Arkansas's largest natural lake; the site of Charles Lindbergh's first night-time flight; and the legendary burial site of Hernando De Soto, an early Spanish explorer, near Lake Village.  While Lake Chicot is the largest lake in the county, there are others that provide ample fishing and water-sport opportunities, including Grand Lake near Eudora and Lake Wallace near Dermott. Nearby, in Arkansas and in both Louisiana and Mississippi, National Wildlife Refuges and National Forests can be visited and enjoyed.  Historic sites also include the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi, a short distance to the south along the Mississippi River.

If US Prime Land/seller takes any actions to collect an unpaid amount from the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for any and all fees associated with the collection in addition to the unpaid amount.
